Guess what. Many things just happened on me for the past few days that made me really depressed. It's just few of those days that you feel you're shit. First. A personal bout of losing un-graciously. Magaling naman talaga yung kalaban mo, e niyaya po, pagkatapos ng tatlong ikot, olats. Tapped out. Three times!! In other words, he's a black belter. You're a beginner. Second. Another bout of being inattentive. Ang sabi, ten minutes of CON-DI-TIO-NING, tinanong ko pa, "positioning?" Ayos. Naasar pa ko ng todo. Magaling. But yeah, I just let it pass, let it pass, let it pass....kahit nagiinit na ulo ko nun sa asar. Third. which is related to the second one. Another bout of hot-headedness. Breath in, breath out.....T**@(+!!! F*(& You!!!. Fourth. Another bout of passiveness. You should pay what is due. Not what is circulated about by them! And I didn't do nothing to voice out my sentiment. Fifth. Another bout of carelessness. Ouch. Blood. Sixth. Another bout of closemindedness and insecurity. I don't care no more. What you say, what you do. Just leave me alone! Which leads to the final bout. Selfishness. Its all about me, me and nothing but myself.

February 13, 2009 - RX 93.1 Singles Party - Getting my Bar Fix
After much radio listening and series of hesitations for me to go to club, I finally found myself inviting a friend to join me for the RX 93.1 Singles Party in Dolce Bar at Tomas Morato.
Personally, I wasn't very fond of bars since my current health situation does not permit me(but that's another story). But after much pondering, perhaps my dateless situation, I went. Anyhow, I got off work earlier than usual to ready myself.
So there I am waiting at Mcdonald's Quezon Avenue waiting for a friend who will join me. He and his uncle bought a Benz to fetch me there, and we started the night by hanging out first at Danny's Grill at Tomas Morato to grab dinner and starting booze. I drank a bottle of beer for starters. Me and my friend Jon, talked about a plan to pick up ladies later. Around 9:30 PM, we left his uncle at the grillery, and we went to Dolce.
We're not VIP's so we stayed at the line, and guess what, my friend was wearing shorts and bar security prohibited him to enter. I thought this was the end, but when you want something, you just find ways to get it. I told him to trade pants with his uncle. So he did... Problem solved. So we were back on track.
By the way, this party has a twist. They give out glowsticks and baller ID's to define your status. I chose pink which means virgin-al(Go figure! I'm just gonna smile if you ask me "why" or "really"). My friend chose red which means single and searching.
I was wearing a black Hardy shirt (with little crystals) that time para maka-agaw atensyon-ganun daw talaga sa bar. Feeling a little confident, we went inside. Thought I was gonna leave the bar empty handed since it was ages when I went to one. Four, five years tops. I was feeling like a freshman in in a new college...Anyhow, I tried my luck and guess what? I still got it.
So here's the sequential list of the girls and the results:
1. Girls from St. Scholastica Marikina
2. Girls wearing long dresses (with glowing eyes, I don't know)
3. Norita, April and their friends
4. Girl who danced with me near a table
5. Vanessa
5. Gie, Lala and Meemee
I hope you figured out those girls I got the number and those who I just shook hands with, asked theier names and forgot it instantly.
Bars.
This is why I don't like bars. You try to be perky at magpayabang nang konti just to "pick-up" girls. I mean what's the difference you picking up prostitutes? So there I am finding myself sweet-talking the girls to get their numbers and asking them out for a date later.
In addition to this, the host in the persona of Rico Robles gave out Beyonce shirts to those girls who can dance best to the music Single Ladies by Beyonce. To the point of them showing their bras and panties. Fun, yes, but....I don't know. *me shrugs*
Well I guess it turned out good. My friend Jon would want to stay a bit longer but at 2:00 AM in the morning, no more. I need to rest for I have to exercise for tomorrow.
So after paying 300 bucks, drinking 2 bottles of beer, talking to a guy who's giving me a know-how on ladies-at-bars, constant advices from my friend Jon, smooth talking to some girls, watching ladies undo their dresses and guys blowing up condoms, I guess I got my bar fix.
So off to home for another day.
